We collect the information you provide when you register, including your email address, username, and date of birth (for 16+ age verification). We also store the content you create in the app, such as tasks, mood logs, social battery check-ins, messages, body-doubling posts, and avatar customisation choices.

Data Security and Access

Your data is stored securely and is only visible to you and, where relevant, to people you interact with (such as message recipients and body-doubling participants). Administrators may access data for safety, moderation, and legal compliance purposes. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the Settings page.
